I-Spy 3 Ways

Working on these three I-Spy quilts was fun and a little challenging. Each measures a nice lap/crib size of 44”x54”. I wanted each one to be a little different and so I did not include all the exact same picture patches in each quilt. I ended up making the three because I couldn’t settle on one particular style. Now I’m curious to see which will go first! All three have been listed for sale on http://www.eBay.com. Please search for I-Spy quilts.

I backed each quilt differently with a complimentary fabric and each quilt has been machine quilted with an all over edge to edge abstract design and a thread color I thought worked well with that particular quilt.

I’m a work from home long arm quilter/quiltmaker.I learned to sew on my Nana’s treadle machine when I was around 8 yrs old but didn’t start making quilts til much later in life.I’m mostly self taught and have been making quilts for 30+ years.I enjoy making scrappy quilts and love working with batiks,but I have a fondness for antique reproduction fabrics as well.I tend to work with more traditional style block patterns but I put my own spin on them with use of fabric choices.I also do some pantograph quilting for people who want their tops finished into quilts.
